यस संस्थाबाट हुने विभिन्न क्षेत्रका रिक्त पदहरुको प्रवेश परीक्षाहरुको तयारी कक्षाहरु संचालन गर्ने क्रममा यस संस्थाबाट दैनिक दुई घण्टाको प्रशिक्षण कक्षा हुने गर्दछ । सम्बन्धित विषय विज्ञबाट मात्र लिइने यस कक्षा मूलतः प्रशिक्षार्थीहरुको चाहना, आवश्यकता र माग अनुरुप संचालन हुने गर्दछ । प्रत्येक दिनको कक्षा समाप्त भएपछि सो दिनको कक्षाको विषय शिर्षकको नोट वितरण गर्ने गरिन्छ ।
यस्ता कक्षाहरुमा सम्बन्धित विषयको गहनतम ज्ञान प्रदान गर्नुका अतिरिक्त लेखन शैली र सीपका विषयमा समेत प्रशिक्षण दिने गरिन्छ । प्रत्येक हप्तामा एक दुई पटक सम्म अध्ययन भै सकेका शीर्षकहरुका आधारित भएका नमूना परीक्षा संचलान हुने गर्दछ । यस्ता परीक्षाहरुको प्रश्नपत्र निर्माण र उत्तर पुस्तिका परीक्षण गर्ने कार्य सम्बन्धित विषयका विज्ञहरुबाट हुन्छ र प्रत्येक प्रशिक्षार्थीलाई कमेन्टसहित उत्तर पुस्तिका फिर्ता गरिन्छ । उत्तर पुस्तिका फिर्ता पश्चात् संस्थाले ती नमूना परीक्षाहरुको प्रश्नपत्रहरुमा आधारित भएर पृष्ठपोषण (Feedback) कक्षा संचालन हुने गर्दछ ।
पाठ्यक्रममा उल्लेखित सम्मूर्ण शीर्षकका प्रशिक्षण कक्षाहरु समाप्त भैसेके पछि पनि संस्थाले सम्बन्धित आयोग वा संस्थाको प्रवेश परीक्षा हुनुपूर्व १ हप्ता अगाडी सम्म साप्ताहिक रुपमा नमूना परीक्षाहरु संचालन गर्ने र त्यसको आधारमा पृष्ठपोषण कक्षाहरु दिने कार्य गर्दछ । एक पटक यसै संस्थाबाट तयारि कक्षा अध्ययन गरि प्रवेश परिक्षाको लागि घरमै बसेर तयारि गरिरहनु भएका विद्यार्थीहरुले समेत नमुना परिक्षामा सहभागि हुन पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ । जसको लागि परीक्षा शुल्क लाग्नेछ ।
